Award-winning American rapper and record producer Kendrick Lamar Duckworth who is set to release his next studio album is rumored to have been spotted in Ghana accompanied by his wife and a few friends.
Kendrick Lamar born on June 17 1987 is regarded as one of the most influential rappers of his generation.He has martyred himself in the Hip Hop game and boasts of Multiple Grammy awards.In 2015 Billboard included Lamar in “the top 10 greatest rappers of all time “.
The American rapper has released four studio albums. His debut album Section.80 was released on July 2, 2011, and since then he proceeded to release albums like Good kid, M.A.A.D City, To Pimp A Butterfly, and his last Damn. He however is set to release his fifth studio album on May 13th.
Ghanaian social media users have gone wild after a social media account has shared a picture and video that insinuates that Kendrick Lamar is in Ghana. It however not concrete his mission in Ghana. Since the introduction of the year of return, black American musicians have returned to the country to get acquainted with their roots.
